This is Me, Rambling...

- I officially started flying today (first flight with pay!) and thank God I managed with barely enough sleep! It's a good thing I only had two roundtrip flights, because by the end of the trip back to Manila, I was ready to hurl -  I blame it on turbulence!! :)

- I know it's a bit early to say this, but I love this job! There are some bits about it that I can do without (such as cleaning the lavatory..hey, I'm only human!), but I enjoy the part wherein I get to meet lots of new and interesting people. It's nice to think that I can be part of someone's day even for just a little while. It's also heartwarming when people say that we provide great service (and that we have the looks to go with it too!) :) They say that it's the journey, and not the destination that matters. Being a cabin crew member is about helping turn that journey into the best experience possible for passengers.

- It's not beef or chicken - it's udon, beef, or mushroom? :) Kidding aside, I get to develop my sales skills on the job because we don't have meal service, we sell snacks and merchandise. Now what to do about my math skills...

- I love the fact that I can go home whenever I want to and that I don't have to leave the country to do something exciting (living/working in another country is not all peaches and cream, ya know?) My workplace is thousands of feet up in the air, what other job can top that? 

- I missed being in uniform! hahaha, yes I'm so random. It's so much easier not to think of what to wear for work. Oh, and I get to be in comfy sneakers (for the time being)!

Despite my random ramblings, there's one thing I know for sure...there's so much to be grateful and happy for because even though it was unexpected, everything's falling into place. <3
